Oceanside Glass & Tile
Oceanside was founded in 1992 by three, legendary glass blowers; JonStokesbary, Don Pettey, and Boyce Lundstrom who sought to bring the timeless beauty of glass mosaics from Europe to the U.S. The founders pioneered hand-cut, cast glass mosaics resembling tile found in ancient Mesopotamia and were early adopters of incorporating recycled glass into their product line-up. Today, they stay consistent pre-consumer recycling, clean emissions, and energy efficient operations to stay true to their roots with mindful operation practices
In 2017, Oceanside purchased the formulas and glass making equipment from historic sheet glass manufacturing companies, Spectrum and Uroboros. They began incorporating those operations into their existing world-class manufacturing facility, where they currently manufacture sheet glass in the “continuous ribbon” format, offering not only a complete line of art glass products for all glass applications under the Oceanside Compatible™ brand but also unparalleled tile products made with their unique art glass sheets.
